Your Signature Talk
For experts and leaders who get invited to speak, on podcasts, panels and stages, and want one strong story ready for all of them. A build: you leave with a finished talk and a bank of stories.
Is this for you?
You start from a blank page every time you're invited
Your best stories don't come out when it matters
You tell your story differently every time
Invitations come at short notice
What you'll leave with
A finished talk that tells your story, your mission and your expertise, versions of it for every format, and a bank of stories to pick from for each audience.
The 8 sessions
Purpose and positioning. Who you are, who your talk is for, and why you speak.
Mine your stories. The experiences that shaped you, turned into a bank of stories.
Your core message. One idea people remember, with three supporting points.
Build the talk. A blueprint with your story sections, from start to finish.
Opening and close. A hook in the first minute, and an ending that sticks.
Make it memorable. Tension, imagery and examples from your own field.
A version for every format. A 60-second pitch, a 5-minute podcast answer and a 20-minute talk, and which stories suit which audience.
Full run-through. The whole talk rehearsed, with feedback and final polish.
Voice and presence are trained in Public Speaking (sessions 5 and 6). Add them to your plan if you want that too.
Public Speaking or Signature Talk?
Public Speaking trains the speaker: how you speak in any situation: meetings, pitches, Q&A.
Signature Talk builds the talk: one core story, written once and adapted for podcasts, stages and pitches.
Many clients start with one and add the other, or mix sessions from both. See Public Speaking →
