Industry Conference Keynote – Elīna Tiliba
The client
Elīna Tiliba is a leadership and team coach who works with executives and growing organisations. She was invited to speak at HR Week Latvia, the country's largest HR event, in front of senior professionals and decision-makers.
The challenge
It was her first time on a large industry stage. Beyond giving a good talk, she needed to establish herself as a credible expert in front of the organisers and her peers, and handle the pressure of a big audience. The talk was in Latvian.
